All requests for repeat prescriptions need to be made in writing.
- Please allow 48 hours for collection as your medical file needs to be reviewed, your script prepared then checked and signed by the doctor.
- Patients generally need to be seen on a six monthly basis for renewal of prescriptions. Any exceptions are at doctor’s discretion.
- Prescriptions are sent directly to your nominated pharmacy so it is important that you include this information on your request.
- There is a €25 repeat prescription fee payable when repeat prescriptions are issued.
